Beijing, April 18, 2025 — Realme has officially confirmed the launch date of its next-generation TWS earphones, the Realme Buds Air 7 Pro, scheduled to debut alongside the flagship Realme GT 7 smartphone on April 23 at 4 PM CST (1:30 PM IST) in China. With a focus on advanced sound quality and industry-leading noise cancellation, the Buds Air 7 Pro aims to raise the bar in the mid-range wireless earbuds segment.
Sleek Design with Multiple Color OptionsIn a teaser shared via Weibo, Realme unveiled the first look of the Buds Air 7 Pro. The earphones adopt an in-ear design with rounded stems, housed in a compact square charging case featuring opaque lids. The design language remains consistent with the previous Buds Air 7, though refined for a more premium appeal.
The case and earbuds will be available in four color options: green, grey, red, and white—giving users a more personalized aesthetic choice. These stylish colorways are expected to align with the youthful and vibrant branding of Realme.
Dual Drivers and Flagship-Grade ANCThe Realme Buds Air 7 Pro are confirmed to sport dual dynamic drivers, which promise high-resolution audio and improved frequency separation. Realme claims these drivers deliver a more immersive listening experience, especially in bass and treble reproduction.
Additionally, the earphones will support up to 53dB of “Deep Sea” Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)—a notable upgrade from the 52dB ANC on the regular Buds Air 7. The enhanced ANC is expected to significantly improve call clarity and ambient sound isolation in noisy environments.
Battery Life and Other FeaturesRealme touts an impressive 48 hours of total battery life with the charging case—slightly lower than the 52 hours offered by its predecessor but still competitive. On a single charge, the earbuds are expected to last over 10 hours, depending on ANC usage.
The Buds Air 7 Pro may also retain codec support for LHDC 5.0, SBC, and AAC, allowing for low-latency and high-definition audio playback, particularly beneficial for gaming and multimedia use.
Price Expectations and India LaunchWhile Realme has not disclosed the pricing for the Buds Air 7 Pro, industry speculation suggests a launch price close to CNY 349–399 (roughly Rs. 4,000–4,700). The India launch date is yet to be confirmed, but it is likely to follow shortly after the China release, given the brand’s aggressive rollout strategy in India.
