JAMMU : J&K Police have established dedicated grievance cells in Jammu, Udhampur , and Rajouri districts to facilitate the registration and complaint redressal of families of terror victims.
“Affected individuals and their families can reach out to Jammu Police through the helpline numbers — 01912433900 (landline); +919541951100 (WhatsApp) — from Monday to Saturday between 10am and 6pm,” a Jammu Police spokesperson said.
Udhampur Police have set up a district-level grievance redressal cell at PCR Udhampur, which shall remain functional 24x7. Their helpline numbers are 01992276915 and 9622205553. Rajouri Police also established a special cell at PCR Rajouri, with helpline numbers 01962262515 and 9103996005.
