What is somatic healing?
Somatic healing is a type of therapy that focuses on the body and how emotions and trauma are expressed through physical sensations and movement, aiming to promote healing and well-being through a mind-body approach. Somatic healing recognizes the deep connection between the mind and body, acknowledging that emotions and traumatic experiences can manifest as physical tension, pain, and other bodily sensations.
