Katrina Kaif earlier revealed a lighthearted incident involving her co-stars Akshay Kumar and Arjun Kapoor that left everyone in splits.

During her 2016 appearance on 'Koffee With Karan' alongside Anushka Sharma, Katrina shared how she jokingly offered to tie a rakhi to Akshay on the sets of 'Tees Maar Khan'. Despite their close friendship, Akshay hilariously responded with, “Katrina, do you want a slap?” leaving the actress feeling dejected.

Further Katrina explained that no one on the movie set had been paying attention to her leading her to make the playful request.

However, the joke didn’t end there, feeling disheartened, she visited a friend’s place and encountered Arjun Kapoor, whom she described as 'cuddly and sweet' at the time. She tried to make him her rakhi brother too, but Arjun’s reaction was just as amusing, he literally ran out of the house. The actress fondly recalled how even the next day, when she tried to approach him again, Arjun made another escape.

On the work front, Akshay and Arjun will be seen together in Rohit Shetty’s most awaited action film 'Singham Again'. The much-anticipated film is set for a Diwali 2024 release.
