A Ninja kettle, which holds the selected water temperature for up to half an hour, has been described as 'outstanding' by shoppers. The Ninja Black Perfect Temperature Kettle, Rapid Boil, has garnered a strong 4.5 average star rating online, and it's on sale.
Now costing £70, down from £99.99, a key product feature listed is that it holds the selected water temperature for up to 30 minutes. It also has six pre-sets for temperatures ranging from 60°C to 100°C.
Shoppers can adjust temperatues with manual controls to whatever they need, whether it's a cup a tea, coffee, hot chocolate or a cup of instant soup, the temperature settings suit multiple options.
According to Ninja, the rapid boil technology also means it boils one cup in under 50 seconds.
For those preferring to shop around, Currys has the TEFAL Includeo KI533840 Jug Kettle - Black - for £44.99. This kettle has a one-litre capacity, holding up to four cups of water, and is also billed as being light to lift up. It also has a removable filter to keep water clean and limescale-free.
If kitchen gadget fans want something with a textured design and finish, then Argos has the De'Longhi KBJ3001 Brillante Kettle - Black - for £65. This kettle has a textured design with a high gloss and chrome details, and comes with a 360 degree swivel base. It also has auto shut off, and is a 1.7 litre capacity.

Ninja shoppers have left glowing reviews, with 1050 five-star reviews out of just over 1300 in total. One person said: "Can't believe how such a mundane everyday object can become one of the best purchases of my year, simply put it's outstanding."
While someone else said: "Another great product from Ninja, I've had this now for 10 months and it's been perfect, great for perfect temp for coffee and the keep temp for 30 minutes. It is great, as you can boil and go off do something and return to it and dont need to reboil."

According to some shoppers, there are minor drawbacks, with one person saying: "I love the ability to change the temperatures according to which drink I am consuming and also to maintain the temperature of the boiled water. The kettle got to temperature quickly.
"The only downside to the kettle is that the body is steel, which gets hot. It has a nice aesthetic and fits in with my other kitchen appliances." Another shared: "Great kettle, performs well and looks good. I really like the temperature controls and Hold temp feature. My only disappointment is that the kettle isn't insulated, which would have made it more energy efficient."
