star told one World Cup winner to change his pre-match routine following a big-money move to Anfield.
Salah has become part of the furniture at Liverpool, having arrived from Serie A outfit Roma seven years ago.
In that time, Salah has featured 359 times for the Reds, while netting 217 goals and registering 94 assists during that time.
When the Egyptian leaves Liverpool, he's likely to go down as one of the club's all-time legends, but his mark will no doubt be felt deeper than the goal, assist and trophy contributions.
That's because , who won the 2022 World Cup with Argentina, has revealed Salah even has influence over the sartorial decisions of Liverpool players.
Speaking to Liverpool's official , Mac Allister claimed: "When I was in Brighton, I used to wear [jogging] trousers [to warm up], then I came here [Liverpool] and remember against Sheffield [United] we went out to do the warm-up and I was wearing a hat and trousers.
"Mo Salah asked me 'What are you doing? Why are you wearing that?'
"So since that day, I've never worn trousers to warm-up... only because of Mo."
While the comment probably was tongue in cheek from Salah, it goes to show the influence that Liverpool's No.11 has over the dressing room.
Something that could cause a problem for new boss Arne Slot if Salah walks away from the club this summer.
The Egyptian is currently out of contract at the end of the season, with no progress towards an extension having been made so far.
What's more, the 32-year-old even flirted with the idea that this season .
When quizzed on his future by Sky Sports last month, Salah claimed: "I had a good summer, I had a long time to stay with myself and to think positive because as you know it's my last year in the club.
"I just want to enjoy it and I don't want to think about it. But I feel I'm free to play football and we'll see what can happen next year."
Salah last penned fresh terms with Liverpool back in July 2022, when he became the club's highest-ever player, earning a reported £350,000 per week.
The forward will be free to discuss signing a pre-contract agreement with clubs from Europe in January.
