Leo Woodall is slowly and steadily showing off his acting chops thanks to roles in The White Lotus and One Day and now he is gearing up for viewers to see him in a completely different role.

The actor is headlining a new conspiracy thriller series for Apple TV+ called Prime Target which will premiere globally on the platform on January 22, 2025.

The eight-episode series follows Edward Brooks, a young Math graduate (played by Leo), who is on the verge of a major breakthrough. If he manages to find a pattern in prime numbers, it will grant him access to the key to every computer in the world.

However, he begins to realise that an unseen enemy is attempting to destroy his idea before it's even come to fruition. A female NSA Agent called Taylah Sanders (played by Quintessa Swindell) has been tasked with keeping an eye on Edward's behaviour and the pair team up to unravel the troubling conspiracy.

Alongside the SAG Award winner is an ensemble of terrific actors, including David Morrissey, Martha Plimpton, Sidse Babett Knudsen and Jason Flemyng. Rounding out the cast are Harry Lloyd, Ali Suliman, Fra Free and Joseph Mydell.

The first two episodes will air on the above mentioned date, followed by one episode a week every Wednesday through to March 5, 2025.

It's been created by award-winning writer Steve Thompson, who is also an executive producer and has been produced by New Regency with Ridley Scott's Scott Free Productions.

Leo began his career with a one episode appearance in BBC's Holby City, followed by a guest stint in American horror series Vampire Academy.

His breakout role was as Jack on season two of The White Lotus in which he won the SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.
