Pulse, 's inaugural original medical drama, boasts a star-studded cast including the likes of actor Jack Bannon.
Echoing the success of popular medical dramas such as Grey's Anatomy, the 10-episode series Pulse delves into the professional and personal lives of the staff at Miami's Maguire Medical Centre.
Among the key characters is second-year surgical resident Tom Cole (played by Jack Bannon), acharismatic Brit chose Maguire for its top-notch trauma programme and the allure of the Miami lifestyle.
Inside Jack Bannon's careerThe 34-year-old actor made his screen debut in the series Look and Read in 2004, followed by The Giblet Boys the next year.
However, it was nine years later that Bannon's career took a significant leap when he starred in the Hollywood film The Imitation Game alongside Benedict Cumberbatch, playing the role of Christopher Morcom.
While filming The Imitation Game, Bannon also began his role in the Inspector Morse prequel Endeavour, starring alongside Shaun Evans.
In Endeavour, Bannon played Sam Thursday, son of Fred Thursday (Roger Allam), Morse's partner, and brother of Joan Thursday (Sara Vickers), for whom he harboured deep feelings.
Since 2013, Bannon has appeared in several other productions including Kids In Love, Ripper Street, Clique, The Loch and Medici.
Bannon then seized the spotlight as he landed the coveted role of Alfred Pennyworth in the MGM+ drama 'Pennyworth', described as "a former British soldier with deadly skills".

The show is essentially a prequel to the Batman saga, with Pennyworth eventually taking up employment with Thomas Wayne (played by Ben Aldridge), who is fated to be the father of Bruce Wayne.
Bannon's latest role saw him embody Lukas in the Icelandic noir 'The Darkness', which is available to UK viewers on Sky Showtime.
While making waves with Pulse, Bannon is not one to rest on his laurels; his IMDb page hints at another project already in motion.
He's set to appear in the forthcoming series 'Babies', currently in post-production, where he'll share the screen with notable actors.
This includes 'I May Destroy You' and 'Black Doves' star Paapa Essiedu, as well as 'The Dry' actress Siobhan Cullen.
Yet, the question remains: how will Bannon's involvement in Pulse unfold, with audiences anticipating it to be the "new Grey's Anatomy"?
Pulse is available to watch on Netflix.
