fans are often curious about and wife 's lives.
They captured the nation's hearts with their Cinderella-style success story, which saw the couple go from a cramped apartment in Essex to a thriving business centred around their very own fairytale castle in France, with a romantic moat included. Yet one topic that's kept coming up is whether or not the couple intend to retire.
Dick invited audiences to guess the truth for themselves during the London leg of their current tour, titled Dick and Angel: Forever Home. Each person was invited to communicate with Dick directly using their phones and a QR code, while he avidly checked his iPad for their answers to multiple choice questions.
Most people guessed correctly that they hadn't sold the chateau, with the couple's son Arthur yelling to Angel's parents in the audience: "We haven't made you homeless!" However, when Dick received his other answer - that the crowd didn't think he'd retire - he jokingly shot back: "I have the right to retire. Show me some support, people!"
The couple went on to admit that they are "incredibly busy" and that their lives have now become "like a brand". "What we are trying to find is that perfect balance [while] juggling all of this," they exclaimed.
They added to the audience at the London Palladium that life is now all about "making sure that we have still got some family time for each other" - particularly now that their bilingual kids Arthur and Dorothy are set to start secondary school.
"We haven't gone anywhere, but we're just taking those moments to enjoy ourselves as well for a time," Angel explained.
Behind the scenes, the couple are working on putting the finishing touches on their swimming pool, as well as updating their jaw-droppingly gorgeous walled garden, which audiences saw exclusive glimpses of during the show.
They're also extremely busy online, having revealed that they've received no less than 250,000 emails since taking their chateau journey public.
Now their show has come to an end, but they're still receiving huge amounts of fan mail while busily taking the show on tour.
They're currently in the UK, and reported that in Liverpool,
"We have to be careful about selecting people from the audience now," he's since exclaimed, adding that his "selection technique" has now changed.
