A sweet snack sold in supermarkets across the UK has been recalled. A 'do not eat' warning has been issued for Woodstock Vanilla Creme Crowns, made by Woodstock Foods, after it was discovered they contain hazelnuts that are not listed on the label.
The product is sold at Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, Co-op and Tesco. The Food Standards Agency (FSA) confirmed the recall for Vanilla Creme Crowns 12x50g with a January 2026 best before date.
In a notice posted on its website, the FSA said Woodstock Foods was recalling the product and the company had been advised to contact allergy support organisations.
Notices should now be on display in all retailers which sell the product, explaining to customers why the product is being recalled and advising them what to do if they have bought it.
