On Tuesday's instalment of BBC Breakfast, viewers saw presenters Ben Thompson and Sally Nugent deliver the latest headlines.
However, BBC Breakfast presenter Ben was forced to apologise as one live segment turned quite chaotic. It comes after BBC correspondent Andy Verity was live on location ahead of the Post Office public inquiry.
Handing over to Andy, Ben asked, "What are we expecting to hear today?" However, as the BBC star began informing viewers what would unfold in the inquiry, chaos ensued.
It seemed as though the BBC wasn't the only broadcaster on location, as another crew could be seen in the background with camera equipment.
While one remained unaware they were in shot, the cameraman and another woman soon realised they were being filmed on-air and quickly ran out of the way.
A car horn and beeping could be heard, which sounded as though it was coming from a crossing.
One man could also be seen with his three children, one on a scooter and two in a buggy, before the young child fell off behind Andy.
The woman, who was part of the other crew, noticed the incident as she could be heard saying: "Oh dear," before helping the child up.

The man rushed over to pick up his child from the floor, still behind Andy, who was broadcasting, BBC viewers heard the child crying after falling off their scooter.
After the father gave his child a hug, people on the street continued to get into Andy's frame, including another man with a camera.
As the segment wrapped up, Ben said: "Andy, for now, thanks very much. Apologise for some of the audio quality there but, continued coverage of those findings as we get them."
While everything was happening around him, Andy remained unfazed as he told viewers about the inquiry.
He said: "What we're expecting later this morning is to find out exactly what Sir Wyn Williams, the inquiry chair, wants to do about compensation.
"As you mentioned, this is an epic scandal, it goes back to 1999, or some say even further, when these prosecutions started."
BBC Breakfast is available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
