Hombale Films' Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire has achieved another remarkable milestone with its Hindi television premiere, attracting a staggering 30 million viewers.

This adds to the film’s already impressive track record, which includes grossing over ₹700 crore at the box office and maintaining a strong presence on streaming platforms for more than 200 days.

Starring Prabhas and directed by Prashanth Neel, Salaar: Part 1 captivated audiences from its theatrical release, continuing to dominate online streaming, particularly on Disney+ Hotstar, where it stayed in the top ranks for a 200-day streak.

The recent television success has made Salaar: Part 1 the highest-rated dubbed movie to premiere on Hindi television since 2023.

The film marks yet another victory for Hombale Films, known for producing major blockbusters like KGF Chapters 1 & 2 and Kantara. The massive box office collections have placed Salaar among the top 15 highest-grossing Indian films of all time, adding to Prabhas’ growing stature as a Pan-India superstar.

Set in the fictional world of Khansaar, Salaar: Part 1 tells the story of Deva, an exiled prince played by Prabhas, as he forms an alliance with the current prince, Varadha, portrayed by Prithviraj Sukumaran. Together, they face political intrigue and power struggles in their effort to reclaim control of the city-state.

What makes Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire truly stand out is its ability to dominate across platforms—whether in theaters, on OTT, or television. The combination of a stellar cast, including Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu, alongside Prashanth Neel’s visionary direction, has created an unforgettable experience.

Fans are now eagerly awaiting Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryanga Parvam, which promises to continue the gripping saga.
