2026 Triumph Scrambler 1200 X: British two-wheeler manufacturer Triumph Motorcycles has unveiled the 2026 version of its popular off-roader bike Scrambler 1200 X. This updated model will be launched in India along with Europe and America by the end of 2026.

Actually, there is no change in it mechanically, but the new paint scheme and design updates make it more attractive.

What's new in this version?

The 2026 Scrambler 1200 X has been introduced with a new Matt Khaki Green paint scheme, which gives it an even more adventurous and muscular look. The headlight cowl has also got a new design, which makes the front face of the bike look more sharp. Dark black theme has been used in the side panel and mudguard, which further strengthens its rough-tough character. Overall, this look is more refined and stylish than the old model.

Engine and Performance

Triumph has retained the same powerful engine in this new version of the Scrambler 1200 X, which makes it special in terms of performance. It has a 1200cc liquid-cooled engine, which generates 89 bhp of power and 110 Nm of torque. The bike gets ride-by-wire throttle technology with a 6-speed gearbox. This engine is considered better for both smooth cruising on the highway and mild off-roading.

Suspension and Braking

The Scrambler 1200 X is specially designed as a dual purpose bike, with strong suspension and excellent braking system for off-roading. It has 45mm Marzocchi USD forks installed in the front, while the rear gets 170mm suspension travel with dual shocks, the bike has tubeless dual-purpose tires. At the same time, for braking, the Scrambler 1200 X uses dual 310mm front disc brakes and Nissin's 2-piston callipers. Apart from this, advanced safety technology like cornering ABS has also been included in it.

Launch timeline and price in India

Triumph India is planning to launch the Scrambler 1200 X in India by the end of 2026. Talking about the price, this bike can be between 13– 14 lakhs (ex-showroom). The new colour theme, powerful engine and the global value of the brand can make it an attractive option in the adventure bike segment in India.
