O2 and Xbox have joined forces to offer gamers the The gaming pass gives players access to hundreds of games, including Grand Theft Auto V, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Minecraft, with online multiplayer also available.
O2 customers are able to purchase the and can enjoy a £1 discount off their airtime bill every month as an added perk. Games are available online from Xbox Game Studios, Bethesda Softworks, Activision Blizzard and more and can be played on a selection of smart TVs, iPhone 16, Samsung Galaxy S25 and META Quest 3 with Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta).
Shoppers wanting to switch to O2 or upgrade to a new plan can choose the Game Pass Ultimate as a paid extra when completing their order online, in store or over the phone.

Customers who love gaming and already have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate can still take advantage of this offer, but will need to cancel their existing subscription with Microsoft to avoid being billed twice, which may be time consuming. There is a minimum Game Pass Ultimate sign-up period of six months, and the charge will appear in customers' monthly bills from O2.
The Game Pass Ultimate isn't the only perk for O2 gamers, as they can also enjoy exclusive access to Virgin Media Gamepad, the ultimate free gaming destination based at The O2 in London.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is the newest subscription service to join , with customers also able to get from £4.99 per month, Prime for £8.99 per month, Cafeyn for £7.99 per month, McAfee Mobile Security Plus for £4.99 per month or McAfee Mobile Security Standard for £1 per month. O2 Extras appear on a customer's monthly bill alongside their Airtime.
O2 isn't the only network offering the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as an add-on. who have a monthly plan that includes Inclusive Extras can select the gaming pass, however, unlike O2, EE isn't offering a discount on airtime when the gaming pass is added to a customer's plan.
New O2 customers can also save on a variety of SIM-only plans, including the 24-month Ultimate Classic Plan which costs £16 a month for the first six months, then increases to £32 a month. Alternatively, EE is currently offering its 24-month plan for £24 a month, down from £26. is £27 a month for the first 12 months, before increasing to £29 a month.
