Excessive consumption of salt is also harmful
Excessive consumption of salt is like a silent killer for the body. Including salt or things that contain high amounts of salt in the diet can cause many types of damage to the body. Its biggest side effect is increased blood pressure, which is considered a major factor in heart diseases.
Studies say that excessive consumption of salt increases inflammation in the body, which harms immunity. Healthy people are advised not to eat more than 1500 mg of salt in a day.
Negative effect of alcohol on the body
Scientists consider alcohol to be the enemy of the body. Even if you are consuming alcohol in small quantities, it can harm the body. It damages the intestines and liver which play an important role in the immune system.
According to a study report, alcohol is harmful to the good bacteria present in your intestine. It can also inhibit the immune system's ability to produce antibodies. Along with liver diseases, it has also been found to be harmful for mental health.
