It is alleged that he not only wrote the complaint of a rape victim, but also pressurized her to withdraw the case. Frustrated, the victim jumped from the flyover. In this connection, senior police officials have sent the SHO and the investigating officer to the line.

A serious allegation has been leveled against a SHO Inspector of Delhi Police. Actually, the allegation is that the Inspector Sahib refused to register the complaint of the rape victim. The victim kept visiting the police station. The matter did not end here. It is alleged that the Inspector Sahib and the investigating officer pressured the victim to compromise. They even called the accused to the police station and made him face to face.

The victim was so upset with the attitude of the police that she tried to commit suicide by jumping from the flyover. Fortunately, she survived. As soon as the senior police officers got information about this case, the inspector sahab and the investigating officer were immediately suspended. Regarding this incident, DCP North West Jitendra Meena said that the policemen have been removed on charges of negligence.

Why did the policemen of Adarsh Nagar police station call the accused to the police station and put pressure on the victim?

In this connection, SHO Adarsh Nagar Inspector Vishram Meena and the investigating officer have been put on the line. It is alleged that the rape victim reached Adarsh Nagar police station. It is being told that she is a resident of Jahangirpuri. She used to work in the accused's factory in Bhalswa area. The accused has children.

Now the victim said that the accused raped her in a hotel in the Adarsh Nagar police station area. She lodged a formal complaint about this. SHO Vishram Meena and the investigating officer pressurized her. The investigating officer called the rape accused to the police station. Instead of registering a case against him and arresting the accused, the police kept pressurizing the victim not to complain.

The victim got so upset with the attitude of the police that after a while she tried to commit suicide by jumping from a nearby flyover. As soon as the senior police officers came to know about this incident, they investigated it at their level. After this, the SHO and the investigating officer were suspended.

Was there collusion with the accused?

Sources say that in such a case, the police should have registered a case, but initially both the police officers did not do so. Whether they had any collusion with the accused is still being investigated.
