Pizza is one of the most popular dishes of the present time. Everyone's mouth starts watering on hearing its name. Pizza is liked by adults as well as children. Although it is tasty due to its flour base, many people avoid eating it for health reasons. In such a situation, you can prepare pizza at home with semolina instead of flour. It will not be harmful to health along with is tasty. It can be prepared and eaten whenever you feel hungry during the day. The method of making it is very easy. If you have organized a party at home, then you can prepare this dish in it and wineveryone's praise.

Ingredients
For the batter
Semolina (rawa) – 1 cup
Buttermilk – 1 cup
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Salt – according to taste
For topping
Grated mozzarella cheese – 5 tbsp
Chopped capsicum – 1
Chopped tomatoes – 2-3
Corn – 2 tbsp
Chopped olives – 2 tbsp
Chili flakes – 1/4 tsp
Mixed herbs – 1/4 tsp
Onion chopped – 2
For pizza sauce
Tomato sauce – 1/4 cup
Chili sauce – 1 tsp
Mixed herbs – 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
Method – First of all, take a large mixing bowl add semolina, and a little salt it and mix. Now add one cup of buttermilk to the semolina and mix well.
- Curd can also be used instead of buttermilk. Now prepare the batter by adding half a cup of water in a bowl.
- Now keep this batter aside for 15 minutes, so that the semolina absorbs all the moisture.
- Now prepare the pizza sauce and for that, put tomato sauce, chili sauce, mixed herbs, and chili flakes in a bowl and mix it with the help of a spoon and keep it aside.
- After this, take the semolina batter and mix it again with a spoon. After this, add a quarter cup of water to the semolina batter and reduce the thickness of the batter as per the requirement.
- Now place a non-stick pan on the gas and heat it on medium flame. After the pan is heated, spread some oil on it.
- Now take the semolina batter in a bowl pour it on the pan and prepare a round base. Keep in mind that the base to be spread on the pan should remain thick.

- Now cook it till the semolina base is completely cooked from the bottom. After this, put a spoonful of oil on the edges and flip it.
- After cooking for some time, spread pizza sauce on the base. Spread grated mozzarella cheese on it and spread it well.
- Then add chopped onion, tomato, olives, capsicum and corn kernels. Now again put mozzarella cheese on all these things. Sprinkle chili flakes and mixed herbs on top.
- When the cheese melts properly and the pizza is cooked, turn off the gas and take out the pizza on a plate. Now slice it and enjoy hot semolina pizza.
