A blazingly acrobatic grab from brought the end of Dewald Brevis on his debut for the Men in Yellow in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League between Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad on Friday, April 25. The 21-year-old Brevis had to walk back to the pavilion due to Kamindu's effort in the deep.
Brevis smashed the half-volley outside off-stump towards the left of Kamindu at long-off. Kamindu sprinted his way to the left before diving full-stretch towards his left to snap up the ball in what was a truly splendid effort of fielding brilliance. Pat Cummins rushed towards a smiling Kamindu to be amongst the first to celebrate with him. On the other hand, Brevis was stunned at what had occurred.

Brevis' 42-run knock came off 25 deliveries. The batting all-rounder's enterprising innings comprised one four and four sixes. It was a really impressive performance from him.
