If you want to work in a bank, then there is good news for you. IDBI Bank has released recruitment for many posts of Specialist Cadre Officer, for which applications have been invited. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of IDBI Bank. Under this recruitment campaign, recruitment will be done for a total of 119 posts in IDBI Bank. The registration process for this will start on 7 April and will end on 20 April 2025.

What are the eligibility criteria?

Different qualifications have also been sought for different posts in different departments at IDBI Bank. For example, for the post of Deputy General Manager in the Finance and Accounts Department, candidates should have a CA or MBA (Finance) degree and at least 10 years of experience as an officer or equivalent in BFSI, out of which 7 years should be as per the job profile.

On the other hand, for the post of Assistant General Manager in the Legal Department, candidates should have a law degree from any recognized university and at least 7 years of experience as a law officer or at least 4 years of experience as a practicing advocate.

What is the application fee?

The application fee for General, EWS, and OBC category candidates is Rs 1050, while for the SC/ST category, an application fee of Rs 250 has been fixed. The fee can be paid using debit cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), credit cards, internet banking, IMPS, and cash cards/mobile wallets.

What is the selection process?

The selection process for these posts will include preliminary scrutiny of the prescribed eligibility criteria of age, educational qualification work experience, etc. as declared by the candidate in the application form. After preliminary scrutiny and without document verification, the candidature will be provisional for all posts/grades and subject to verification with original documents. Most of the candidates will be called for Group Discussion and/or Personal Interviews as part of the selection process.
