Writing about his typical Saturday routine for in February 2024, Gregg left fans gobsmacked when he revealed that he gets up at 5am, often plays video games and goes to Harvester for breakfast with his PA. With a firm focus on his keeping up his fitness levels after staggering weight loss, he said that he's even managed to persuade the gym staff to open half an hour early for him to enjoy a private swim and sauna every weekend.

But he also made a candid confession about parenthood, and revealed an ultimatum that he gave his wife Anna. Gregg wrote: "I'm a much better father now I'm older, although another child isn't something that I would have chosen at my age. I was always very honest with Anna, but it's what she wanted and I love her. I just requested two things – that we had help in the house (so her mum moved in), and secondly that we had at least one week a year when we holidayed just the two of us."

According to Gregg, he'll spend around one and a half hours with Sid in the morning, before heading off to play Total War Saga: Thrones of Britannia by himself for two hours. By 8 pm, he's tucked up in bed.

Although many people would prefer to have a little distance from their in-laws day-to-day, this set-up appears to have worked out well for Gregg and fourth wife Anna, who he married in 2016.

Back in 2020, during the coronavirus lockdown, Gregg spoke about the benefits of having Anna's parents Rina and Massimo on hand when caring for little Sid, then just a baby. Gregg told the "I'm very fortunate," said Gregg, 55. "There are five of us and a baby. And two little . We're full. We've got me, Anna, her mum and dad and Sid's 23-year-old sister. This isn't because of the coronavirus lockdown, we were all here anyway.

"We all have breakfast together, cooked by Anna or her mum. Then I cook lunch. Then the whole family goes out on a long walk. And then either Anna, her mum or dad cook dinner." He added: "Sid is energetic, it can be hard work. That's one of the benefits of having the in-laws here. We all take it in turn."

In a separate interview with The Sun, Gregg explained that he 'loves' having a 'giggle' with his mother-in-law - who is far closer to his age than his wife, who is 22 years his junior. He revealed: "I love Rina - we have such a giggle. We are roughly the same age. Me and Rina remember the same TV shows and sing the same 1970s pop songs. Anna doesn't know what we are talking about. We were singing Boney M at breakfast this morning and Anna has no idea."

This comes amid reports that Gregg was investigated for making inappropriate remarks to a female employee. According to , 'red flags' regarding his behaviour were raised some six years ago on the BBC game show Impossible Celebrities, when he allegedly made towards a female staffer.

Taking to , Gregg broke his silence on the reports and said: "With reference to what's in the newspapers, these allegations were investigated by the BBC six years ago - and my comments were found to be not sexual. I repeat not sexual. Thank you for your time."

He added: "Something else that I feel very strongly about, strong enough to be on here, nobody six years ago or since has accused me of flirting with anybody or hitting on anybody. And that's important to me, and I say this for my wife Anna, who I've been true to and madly in love with since the day I met her. I don't want anybody to misunderstand this and make it look like I was flirting with somebody. Nobody accused me of that and I never have."

The BBC recently said in a statement: "Whilst we do not comment on individuals, if issues are raised they are dealt with swiftly and appropriately at the time. We do not tolerate any form of inappropriate behaviour and have robust processes in place." Gregg was reportedly received strict instructions to amend his behaviour.

The has reached out to the and Gregg's representatives for further comment.
