Arsenal are set to receive a new bid from Porto for Jakub Kiwior this week, it has been claimed. The Primeira Liga club remain keen on signing the Poland international before the end of the summer transfer window.
Mikel Arteta's side rejected an offer in July but Porto will attempt to sign him again soon. Fabrizio Romano has reported that the Dragoes are preparing a fresh proposal for the 25-year-old.
It's understood that the Gunners value Kiwior at £25.4million and are open to letting him leave should the club's valuation be met. Crystal Palace are monitoring the situation but Porto are right now leading the race.

Kiwior has struggled for regular game time since his £17.6m move from Spezia in January 2023. Indeed, the former Zilina man has made just 68 appearances in those two-and-a-half years, scoring three times.
Gabriel and William Saliba are ahead of Kiwior in the Arsenal pecking order at centre-back, while even Cristhian Mosquera could be considered above him following his summer arrival from Valencia.
If Kiwior and Oleksandr Zinchenko - who has also been linked with a move away from the Emirates Stadium - leave the club, Arsenal could dip back into the market for their eighth addition of the summer.
The Gunners have spent more than £250million on seven players during the summer transfer window but more incoming business could still be done. Kepa Arrizabalaga, Martin Zubimendi, Christian Norgaard, Noni Madueke, Cristhian Mosquera, Viktor Gyokeres and Eberechi Eze have signed for Mikel Arteta's side.
Real Madrid's Rodrygo is someone to keep an eye on during the final week despite starting his side's win against Real Oviedo on Sunday, while Malick Fofana continues to be linked with a move to north London.
Other than Kiwior and Zinchenko, Fabio Viera is attracting interest with Bayern Munich the latest to make a shock move for the midfielder. With Jamal Musiala out after suffering a leg fracture, Viera has been eyed as a short-term replacement. Sky Germany report that Bayern have made 'several enquiries' for the midfielder.
